Coreslab Structures is proud to work with Okland Construction on the Advanced Semiconductor Materials (ASM) Parking Garage in Scottsdale. Designed by Gensler, this five-story total precast structure spans 282,166 square feet and will provide 1,127 parking stalls to support the surrounding development. The project also features precast monument walls at the stair towers and a full solar canopy across the top level of the garage footprint. It is exciting to see this project nearing completion.

Coreslab Structures is making great progress on this residential wrap project for MT Builders and Grand Peaks Properties. One Scottsdale Lot 3 is located east of the 101 at 73rd Way in Scottsdale. The six-story total precast parking structure will consist of 459 parking spaces to support the 280 apartment units for this multifamily project.

Coreslab Structurers proudly celebrated the topping out of the CyrusOne Data Center. This project was completed in just 43 days. Spanning 280,000 SF of Double Tee are, the structure required detailed coordination of two cranes and two crews to successfully erect 1,071 precast pieces, completing Building 1 on the Mesa campus.

Data Center construction demands both speed and precision. Our precast concrete systems are built to meet that challenge—delivering accelerated schedules, long-term durability, and the structural performance required for mission-critical facilities.

The annual Valley Partnership Golf Tournament kicked off in spectacular fashion, featuring a moving rendition of the National Anthem by the talented Linda Bruce, followed by an unforgettable display from parachute jumpers carrying the American flag. Coreslab Structurers was proud to celebrate the topping out of our sixth data center for Compass Datacenters – a significant milestone for our team. This project was completed in just 37 days, setting a new internal record for a building of this scale. Spanning 1,540 feet, the structure required detailed coordination of two cranes and two crews to successfully erect 1,061 precast pieces, completing Building 1—the first on the El Mirage campus.

Notably, this milestone was achieved with Sundt Construction, utilizing a strategy that maximized efficiency, using standard crew sizes—demonstrating that speed and efficiency were driven by planning, coordination, and ex*****on rather than increased manpower.

We are excited to announce the promotion of Brad Hunter to Plant Manager!

Brad began his career with Coreslab in 2008 in the carpenter shop and quickly advanced to the steel shop. Over the years, he gained extensive hands-on experience working in welding and stud shooting before being promoted to Production Supervisor.

With his broad knowledge of our fabrication operations and years of dedicated service, Brad is exceptionally well prepared for this role. We look forward to his continued leadership and contributions to the success of our plant.

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone as Greg Walker, Plant Manager, and one of our original hires when the Arizona plant opened in 1981 (under Stanley Structures), retires after more than four decades of dedicated service.

Greg’s 44 years of contributions, knowledge and steady presence have made a lasting impact on our team and organization.

Thank you, Greg, for everything you’ve given over the years. Wishing you a retirement filled with relaxation, adventure and time to enjoy what matters most. You will be missed – but we are so happy for this next chapter for you!
