In Arizona, plan to have sealed pavers, flagstone, and exterior concrete checked every 1 to 3 years. High-sun and high-traffic areas may need attention sooner.

Often, yes. Many older pool decks can be brought back with crack repair, surface grinding, patching, re-texturing, and a fresh acrylic finish.

During the estimate we look for hollow areas, delamination, drainage problems, and movement cracks, so you’ll know whether restoration is the right call or whether the deck needs more.
