Planning to Remove Your Grass? Scottsdale Homeowners May Qualify for Up to $5,000! 🌵 💰

If you've been considering replacing your thirsty, expensive lawn with a beautiful, low-water landscape, the City of Scottsdale’s Grass Removal Rebate could help make that transformation more affordable.

Eligible Scottsdale homeowners may qualify for a rebate of up to $5,000 when converting existing grass to a water-conscious landscape. And the opportunity extends beyond residential yards — qualifying HOAs, multifamily properties, and commercial properties may be eligible for incentives up to $50,000!

At Elite Landscaping & Sprinkler Repair, we believe great Arizona landscapes should work with our natural environment; not against it. For us, xeriscaping isn’t just a philosophy — it’s an area of expertise. As an Arizona Certified Landscape Professional (ACLP) through AMWUA and Sustainable Landscape Management® certified through ALCA, Elite owner Michael Ledet brings specialized knowledge of water-efficient landscape practices to every project.

We can transform outdated, water-intensive landscapes with:

🌵 Arizona-friendly, low-water plants
💧 Efficient drip irrigation
🪨 Decorative rock & desert landscaping
🌿 Artificial turf and xeriscaping options, where eligible under current City requirements
🏜️ Beautifully finished landscapes designed to thrive in Arizona’s unique environment

From understanding Scottsdale’s current rebate requirements to planning and installing a landscape that meets your needs, we’ll help guide you through the process from start to finish.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Don’t remove your grass first! Scottsdale requires applicants to complete its application and pre-approval process before beginning removal. Starting work too soon could make your project ineligible for the rebate.

Ready to make the switch? Contact Elite Landscaping & Sprinkler Repair today to explore your options and start planning a landscape that looks great, uses resources wisely, and is built for Arizona's climate.

Our owner, Michael Ledet, recently had the pleasure of attending the Arizona Landscape Contractors Association ’s 49th Excellence in Landscape Awards Gala, an evening dedicated to celebrating excellence in landscaping and the professionals who continue to raise the bar across our industry.

It was great connecting with and celebrating alongside respected industry leaders, including Dick Wheelock, Founder, President, and Owner of Sprinkler World of Arizona Inc., his wife Megan, and sister Dawn; Kasey Billingsley, CEO of Harmony Horticultural Consulting; Tomás Payet, Owner of Computer Troubleshooters Scottsdale; and Russ Lowd, CEO of Level One Landscaping, among many other fellow professionals.

Evenings like this highlight the strength of our industry and the value of building meaningful connections within our professional community. We’re grateful for the memories made and inspired as we move into the year ahead.

Thank you to ALCA for hosting such a memorable event, and congratulations to all of the award recipients!
