When water damage hits a luxury home, you don’t just need repairs, you need craftsmanship.

This Paradise Valley home had extensive water damage to its custom solid wood herringbone floors. Our team carefully removed the damaged boards, sourced matching materials, installed new wood, refinished the entire area for a seamless blend, and completed the painting to restore the space beautifully.

Projects like this aren’t easy. Matching custom hardwood, preserving the original pattern, and making the repair disappear takes experience, precision, and patience. That’s exactly what we do.

At AZ Builder Solutions, we believe there are no problems, only solutions. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, we partner with you every step of the way so your home feels like home again.

If you’re in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Arcadia, Phoenix, or the surrounding areas, trust the team that specializes in high-end restoration and quality craftsmanship.

💬 The Story Behind AZ Builder Solutions.

Finias and Stephanie Cimpean grew up as kids of immigrants who taught them that nothing worth having comes easy. Work hard. Keep your word. Do things with excellence because that’s how you honor God.

That foundation became the blueprint for AZ Builder Solutions.

Finias brings German precision and calm leadership to every project. He has that rare ability to create order out of chaos — steady hands, sharp focus, and a quiet confidence that sets the tone for the entire team. He believes real craftsmanship isn’t just skill, it’s stewardship — doing your work like it matters, because it does.

Stephanie brings the soul behind the structure. Currently earning her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, she understands people — their needs, emotions, and values — and uses that to create systems and experiences that feel personal, grounded, and real. She leads with empathy, clarity, and an unwavering commitment to people.

Together, they’ve built more than a company. They’ve built trust.
A business where precision meets purpose — where faith shows up not just in words, but in how they work, lead, and love people well.

When the day’s work is done, you’ll most likely find them on the soccer field ⚽️ cheering for their kids, hosting family dinners, or talking life and vision over good coffee. ☕️

With new federal tariffs on lumber and cabinetry now in effect, material costs across the construction industry are climbing again. These tariffs impact everything from framing lumber to custom cabinetry — two key parts of any remodel or build.

At AZ Builder Solutions, we believe transparency builds trust. We’re staying ahead by working closely with our vendors, sourcing smarter, and helping clients understand where pricing shifts come from — not from us, but from national supply and import costs.

Our promise remains the same: quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and no hidden surprises.
