Hi Phoenix! Definitely that time of year again! Sorry for all the missed messages. I will respond as soon as I can. But please RANT time! I offer a 30day exchange option on all units. Now the problem is when I try to advise u to look at a few things like suction, hose kink, or a foreign obstruction that does include legos! So please do your due diligence when I ask to review these before exchanges for a reason as it’s most common. I know first thing to blame is the unit failed, I want another unit… no. Simple due diligence goes along ways and avoids unnecessary calls and trials and tests when the item is just fine and has a LEGO stuck in it(proof in photos) PLEASE AND THANK YOU PHOENIX! Hope to keep earning your business and to keep answering all your questions!

This is why I offer a 30day exchange option for a warranty as this was my first axle failure all summer that I gladly did a exchange for this person. Even with vigorous reconditioning and testing these still are in the elements all day and night working. I will continue to offer honest business and as best quality humanly possible. Thank you Phoenix for the support this summer, it was my biggest spike in business since I started with the help of the new business Thrift Store staying readily available to your scheduling of urgent needs.
