A Fresh Take on Community Amenities in Tucson.

MAAP Development revitalized the clubhouse, fitness center, and amenity spaces at Cortland Build’s 144-unit North Tucson community.

Over eight months, key resident spaces were updated while the property remained fully occupied and daily operations continued as usual.

The clubhouse received a new kitchen, resident lounge, updated finishes, and a more functional layout designed for everyday use. The fitness center was refreshed with new equipment and modern finishes, while outside, a new enclosed turf dog park added another dedicated space for residents and their pets.

Each phase of the renovation was carefully coordinated to keep the property running smoothly from start to finish.

MAAP Development revitalized the amenity spaces at Cortland Build’s 192-unit Raven community in Phoenix, Arizona.

Completed over five months, the renovation took place while the community remained fully occupied, the pool stayed open, and the leasing office continued welcoming prospective residents.

The clubhouse received a complete refresh with designer flooring, premium tile, custom millwork, updated lighting, a new kitchen, and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces.

The fitness center was upgraded with new finishes and equipment, creating a modern space for residents to work out. Outside, a fully enclosed turf dog park with shaded seating added another functional amenity for residents and their pets.
