Alongside the ACA, we shared our commitment to driving economic growth across the region. As international companies look to establish a footprint in Arizona and beyond, Willmeng is a dedicated local partner that provides the expertise and construction solutions required for complex advanced manufacturing, aerospace, and technology projects across the nation for global companies.

This market momentum is actively taking shape right in our backyard. A prime example is Halo Vista, rising in North Phoenix adjacent to the massive TSMC campus. As the contractor leading the critical infrastructure and site preparation for this “city within a city,” Willmeng is laying the groundwork for the region's semiconductor boom. As the oldest school in the area, North High’s baseball and softball fields hadn’t seen updates since 1939—making this total transformation incredibly special for the Mustangs community.

Executing a full reconstruction on an active campus with over 1,000 students required daily, precise coordination with school staff. Our team worked diligently to manage logistics, schedule deliveries around peak hours, and keep safety the number one priority so students could focus on learning. From brand-new turf and dugouts to professional-grade sports lighting, these fields now look and feel like a spring training facility!

Thank you to the Phoenix Union High School District leadership, Principal Johnston, and our dedicated trade partners for your collaboration. It is a true honor to build the high-performing athletic environments that our students deserve.

We were honored to celebrate the groundbreaking for the new Surprise Police Department Substation. This crucial project will expand the city's public safety infrastructure, providing a state-of-the-art facility equipped to support over 60 officers and personnel as they continue to serve a rapidly growing community.

We are incredibly grateful to the City of Surprise Government and the Surprise Police Department for their trust and partnership. It is a true privilege for the Willmeng team to build the specialized spaces that support our first responders and help them keep our neighborhoods safe every single day.
