Evolution Construction Services is looking for a new VP of Operations out of our Tucson office! This position is full-time and will report directly to the EVP of Operations. In this role, you will be required to manage the day-to-day operations and finances for the Tucson office, as well as provide interpersonal management and relevant outbound marketing and customer relations.Our ideal candidate would possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple aspects of the business. Overall Responsibilities include:
Oversee operations from estimation through job completion
Provide oversight and support to all company divisions
Manage staff and subs/vendors
Handle work schedule for projects and time sheets
Oversee employee support and incentivization programs
Maintain client relationships and provide customer support as needed
Requirements include:
Knowledge and experience of estimating and construction operations
Minimum 4 year college degree OR experience that commensurate within the construction industry
