Take a look inside our Reno, Nevada fabrication shop, where our teams prep materials before they go to the jobsite.

Photo 1: One of our welders is building stands for a new bandsaw and plasma cutter, keeping the shop running efficiently for what's next.

Construction is changing. It has been. But what does that really mean? Well...

In the past year, the gap between contractors has become larger than in years prior. Due to the abilities contractors such as Corbins and RMCI have utilized through prefabrication methods offered by us within our enterprise, self-performing multi-system scopes are taking precedence over contractors who do not offer an all-in-one workflow for mission-critical projects. As labor scarcity and material cost volatility become an increasingly larger worry for data center projects, our self-perform capabilities allow for clients to find a start-to-finish solution that’s cost- and labor-efficient.

Sidney Seidel brings a unique creative edge to her role as Design Modeler at Nox Innovations, with a background rooted in game design and experience with tools like Unreal Engine, Blender, and ZBrush. That foundation gave her a sharp eye for spatial thinking and UI logic. Skills that translated seamlessly into BIM modeling. Now fluent in the Nox Innovations workflow, Sidney spends her days setting up floor plans, running clash detection, and coordinating closely with her fire alarm team to make sure every system fits before it ever hits the field.

What Sidney loves most about the work is the variety and the challenge, loving when a project pushes her to problem-solve. She understands that everyone visualizes a design differently, which is why she prioritizes clear communication across teams. On the personal side, Sidney brings the same energy she gives to her models into everything she does. Whether she’s raking in miles on her morning and lunch walks, growing peppers in her garden, or exploring local festivals. She’s the kind of person who finds flow everywhere she looks.
