Dear Friends,
It is with both gratitude and celebration that Todd & Associates (TAI) announces the retirement of our Director of Design, Craig Stoffel!

During his time with the firm, Craig has been instrumental in shaping TAI's design evolution and has left a lasting impact on both our work and our culture. His leadership, creativity, and commitment to excellence have helped bring many notable projects to life, including Entrada, Legado, Sunela at City North, Banyan Northbend, Scottsdale Crossing, and Arden; as well as projects for his alma mater, Arizona State University: NOVUS Place Parking Structure and ASU West Academic & Office Building.

Beyond his project accomplishments, Craig has been a trusted mentor to many throughout the firm. He has generously shared his knowledge, guided staff development, and helped foster the collaborative and innovative environment that defines TAI today. His influence can be seen not only in the projects he has led, but also in the professionals he has helped develop throughout his career.

Please join us in thanking Craig for his outstanding contributions, dedication, and design leadership over the years. We are deeply appreciative of all he has done for TAI and wish him the very best as he begins this exciting new chapter of retirement.

We are having a rewarding summer experience with our Architectural & Landscape Architectural interns from ASU and UofA! They have participated in project meetings, attended site visits, and contributed to the preparation of construction documents, giving them valuable hands-on experience in our profession and exposure to our firm. We are also giving the interns the opportunity to participate in the design process with us.

The interns’ enthusiasm, fresh perspectives, and eagerness to learn have made them a great addition to our team. We look forward to seeing all they accomplish in the future!

Hawaiian Shirt Day was a huge success! We loved seeing everyone’s creativity and participation. Between the yummy treats, plenty of laughs, and fun games, it was the great opportunity for team bonding and making great memories together.

We’re proud to share that the ASU West Academic & Office Building at Arizona State University West Campus has officially achieved LEED Gold Certification.

This milestone reflects a strong commitment to sustainable design, high-performance building strategies, and creating healthy, efficient spaces that support student success. From energy-efficient systems to thoughtful material selections and indoor environmental quality, this project was designed to reduce environmental impact while enhancing the campus experience.

This 420 unit apartment community delivers a modern, urban design in the heart of Chandler, thoughtfully blending form and function. The breeze block accents create a striking architectural detail that adds texture, depth, and character—celebrating both craftsmanship and timeless design. This recognition is a testament to the collaboration, creativity, and commitment to excellence from everyone involved in bringing Town Chandler to life!

We had a great time at our 4TH ANNUAL TAI Co****le Tournament! There was plenty of friendly competition, laughs, and team spirit! Our champions battled it out all the way to the final round, earning the win with one great toss after another! Congratulations, HOLE PATROL, Sergio and Dan, for your great defeat!

We are proud to celebrate the Grand Opening of La Victoria Commons, a transformative redevelopment that reflects Copa’s commitment to providing affordable, supportive housing with integrated healthcare.
The community features:
• 104 affordable apartments, a café and health clinic
• 19 one- and two-story for-sale townhomes
• Convenient access to the light rail for both residents & visitors
La Victoria Commons is the result of a partnership between the City of Tempe, Copa Health, Newtown Community Development Corporation, Tempe Coalition for Affordable Housing, and the City’s Hometown for All initiative. The project serves low to middle income families.

We are honored to partner with Sun Valley Community Church once again and are excited to see this project come to life and the positive impact it will have on the community!

This vibrant new campus that includes a 622-seat worship space, youth classrooms, and administrative spaces, complemented by outdoor plazas that encourage connection and community.
