First Soft Opening Was June 29th. It Went Great But Definitely A lot To Learn & Do Different. I Used To Own A Small Store Called Latino Market that served hot food on 27th & Northern But Lost It Due To Covid-19 economy. June 23rd Was When I Made The Purchase, I Made The Purchase At Night šŸš©. The Next Day, I started cleaning it to realize the tires were spare car tires & in very poor condition. Had to Get that fixed & onto the next problem. I did start the burners before the purchase but it didnā€™t light all the way because the propane tank she had was empty so I figured that was the problem. It wasnā€™t.. šŸ˜… The food trailer had faucet connectors instead of gas lines.. & built some Mikey mouse connection for it all.. I Had to Get That Fix. I mentioned to the seller About the tires she told me sorry sold as is because I got a good deal on it. I said ok thatā€™s fine. When the second unexpected problem occurred I refilled the propane & tried to start it But it wasnā€™t starting at all Iā€™d figure I was doing something wrong & asked the seller to help me start it, she showed up but could not get it started.. She Then contacted the place where she bought it from to only found out it was an older model & they donā€™t sell those parts anymore.. so she basically couldnā€™t help me. But offered to pay the invoice if I could get it fixed somewhere, & thatā€™s what I did, Shoutout Byassee Equipment co. ā€œStove Doctorā€ For helping me. I Then sent the invoice to the seller. Only to have her say oh thatā€™s to much I could have got it done cheaper.. Long story short she ended up giving me the tables & chairs she had for the food trailer as a form of payment. It Worked out. Some Unexpected Problems But Sure enuff if thereā€™s a will thereā€™s a way.

June 14th, I Took These Photos. I Was Helping My Grandma Move Some Of Her Things & Her Next Door Neighbor Had This Outfront. As You Can See , it had been sitting there for some time. So I wanted to ask if they were interested in selling it but nobody was home. My grandma later got in contact with her & We Eventually Talked. It had sentimental value & she had no interest in selling it but after my persuasive Talking, I Ended Up Getting It For A Steal. šŸ™ Thus Begins King Tacos šŸŒ®
