We opened up this space by removing built-in cabinets, a wall, and a closet. We also updated all the lighting and gave the space a fresh coat of paint.

A few changes made a big difference in making this basement feel more open, bright, and functional!

Thanks to these homeowners for trusting Brauer Home Renovations with their project!

🚿 Making bathrooms safer and easier to use!

For this project, we removed the existing bathtub and replaced it with a beautiful Onyx walk-in shower with much easier access.

This project was completed for a customer using a VA grant, helping make their bathroom safer and more accessible.

If you or an elderly parent, grandparent, friend, or loved one is having a hard time stepping over a bathtub, a walk-in shower can make a BIG difference in everyday life.

If you know someone who could benefit from a safer, easier-access bathroom, send them our way! We’d be happy to talk through their options and see what we can do to help.

Sometimes the little details make a big difference!

We added some beadboard wainscoting and towel hooks to give this bathroom a little more character and a finished look.

Simple upgrade, big difference! 🙌

Thanks for trusting Brauer Home Renovations with another project!

Another bathroom remodel in the books!

This bathroom was completely transformed from floor to ceiling. We removed the old cast iron tub and installed a new tub with a custom tile surround, along with new tile flooring and updated finishes throughout.

Thank you to these homeowners for trusting Brauer Home Renovations with their project!

We gave this bathroom a fresh new look by taking out an old jetted bathtub and putting in a beautiful custom walk-in tile shower and new everything from floor to ceiling to give it an elegant modern style. It’s always rewarding to see a space come together and give our customers a bathroom they can enjoy for years to come!

We just finished this custom breakfast nook featuring a built-in storage bench and a custom cushion, giving this family a cozy place to gather for morning coffee, family dinners, homework, or game nights. I love building pieces that aren’t just beautiful—they’re made to be used and enjoyed every day.

I’m incredibly thankful for every family that trusts Brauer Home Renovations with their home. It means a lot to be invited into such an important place and help bring their ideas to life.

What’s one custom feature you’d love to add to your home? A built-in bench, mudroom lockers, bookshelves, a fireplace wall, or something else? Let me know in the comments—I always enjoy hearing your ideas!

If you’re thinking about a renovation or custom project, send me a message. I’d love to help make it happen.

I had the privilege of removing some old glue down carpet for Mid Nebraska Disposal and installing new LVP flooring! It gave the business a fresh, clean look! I appreciate every opportunity to help people improve their homes and/or businesses!
