Another drainage repair completed by Pipe Dreams Plumbing & Heating 🔧💧

Customer called us with water leaking into the basement. After investigating, we found the issue outside at the existing area drain and downspout connection.

We removed the old drain and piping, installed a new area drain and downspout connection, and finished everything off with complete concrete restoration.

🚨 Emergency Sewer Repair Completed! 🚨

We received a call for an emergency sewer repair that needed to be completed quickly for an upcoming real estate sale. After inspecting the line, we found the existing sewer pipe was in bad condition and needed immediate attention.

Our crew was able to get out there, safely excavate and shore the trench, replace the damaged sewer piping, and get everything back in working order so the sale could keep moving forward.

No matter the situation, Pipe Dreams Plumbing & Heating is ready to get the job done safely and professionally. 💪🔧

Swapping out a 50-gallon electric water heater.
Did you know the average life of a residential unit is 8 to 12 years? It’s the heartbeat of your home, but it’s easy to forget about until you’re taking a cold shower!
Keep an eye on yours—if you see rust around the base or hear 'popping' sounds, it might be time for an upgrade before a leak starts. We’ve got this Bradford White ready to go for another decade of hot water!

Restoring the Classics: Central Brass 3-Handle Rebuild
Notice a persistent drip in your vintage tub? You don't always need a sledgehammer and a full remodel to fix a leaking shower.
Today we’re working on a Central Brass three-handle valve. While many "modern" plumbers might tell you to tear out the tile and replace the whole valve body, we specialize in the art of the Valve Rebuild.
Why we recommend a professional rebuild:
Save Your Tile: We can replace the internal stems, seats, and washers without touching your shower wall
The "Glow-Up": New chrome handles and escutcheon plates provide a fresh, clean look at a fraction of the cost of a full replacement.
