Momentum continues at 1713 N Front Street as key exterior and mechanical systems come together.

🪟 Window installation is progressing steadily, further enclosing the building and bringing the project one step closer to a weather-tight structure.

❄️ Condenser units have been set and installed on the rooftop, marking another major milestone in the building’s HVAC infrastructure. These systems will play a critical role in delivering efficient climate control and long-term comfort for future residents.

Every completed phase moves us closer to the finish line, and it’s exciting to see the building take shape from the ground up.

Big milestone achieved at 1731 Front Street 👷‍♂️🏗️

We’ve officially topped out the framing of the structure and completed installation of the TPO roofing two major steps forward for the project.

Mechanical rough-ins are now underway, and we’re gearing up for our next key milestone: rough inspections.

Everything is running smoothly on site, and we’re excited to keep building on this momentum. Proud of the team and the progress being made every day.
