🏗️ Waterproofing & Roofing Progress | 4217 Lancaster Ave

Another important phase is underway at 4217 Lancaster Ave. Balcony waterproofing is being completed while the rooftop TPO roofing system is now in place, helping protect the building from the elements as construction moves forward.

From the balconies to the rooftop, every layer matters when building for long-term performance. 💪

The exterior is taking shape at 1713 N Front Street as siding installation continues across the building.

With the Blueskin weather barrier in place, the new siding is going up and bringing the finished exterior one step closer to reality. Another major milestone as we keep pushing this project forward. 🔨
