Custom Built platform. Removed old shingles from rear wall down to original decking. Installed new ice and water underlayment to entire wall. Copper drop tube style drain so water flows properly. Black granulated rubber roofing to rear ledge. New dimensional shingles to entire rear wall & Dormers. Custom bent blue & white metal to all areas needed. Sealed all roofs with roofing cement & saturated fabric. Applied aluminum coating to entire roofs. Bricked pointed & fixed all areas needed with cement.

Removed entire roof down to original decking. Installed insulation and can strip to partition walls & Applied new under layment to entire roof. Removed a through the wall drain box & Opened up for a Custom copper drain box so water flows properly. New rubber roofing to entire roof & partition walls. Sealed entire roof with roof cement & Asphalt saturated fabric.

Removed debris and cleaned all areas with cleaner. New pitch pocket with sealant for ac unit.Installed new pipe insulation. Applied premier so all areas adhere properly. Repaired drain & pitch pocket with Epdm patches & Sealed with lap seal to all areas needed.

Sealed entire roofs with roofing cement & Asphalt saturated fabric. Applied a thick layer of aluminum coating to entire roofs and partition walls.
