Inside the design of a company who got hybrid working right. ✅

Half the meetings in a hybrid company have someone on a screen. Open plan can be a poor host for that without intentional design. Prosperity Home Mortgage understood that and acted on it.

Their HQ accounts for it with real variety in enclosure, from retreat areas and small privacy settings through to large conference rooms that split with moveable partitions when a group needs less room than the space allows. People pick the level of enclosure the conversation needs instead of hunting for a corner.
