We’re currently working on the transformation of a commercially zoned building into residential condos, and our team is handling all the mechanical work on this project — electrical, plumbing, and HVAC!
This project has presented its fair share of challenges. With all the floors we’re working on located above two separate bank institutions, careful planning, coordination, and precision are essential every step of the way. On top of that, the plumbing layout has brought its own set of challenges, requiring thoughtful planning and problem-solving to make everything work properly within the existing structure.
These photos highlight some of our plumbing work, including the cast iron piping we’ve been installing. A lot goes into making a project like this successful, especially when working around existing businesses and navigating complex plumbing configurations.
