With the amount of calls and scheduling requests we are currently receiving, we are about TWO WEEKS out for appointments at this time.

⚠️ If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can adjust the schedule and offer that spot to another customer waiting for service.

☀️🥵 The time is NOW to get your appointments scheduled before graduations, parties, vacations, and this heat wave really kick pest activity into overdrive! 🐜🪳🐭

If you haven’t seen the pests yet… you probably will soon. The sudden heat and changing weather wake everything up fast — ants, roaches, spiders, termites, rodents, bees, wasps and more start searching for food, water, and cooler areas indoors.

Once the temperatures spike for a few days in a row, we usually see:
• Ant trails appear overnight
• Roaches searching for moisture
• Increased rodent activity
• Termite swarms
• Bees and wasps becoming more aggressive around homes

And with graduation season here, schedules fill up FAST for everyone — including us 😅📚🎓

🌦️☀️🌧️❄️ One day it’s 90° the next it’s 50°… then rain, then sun, then humidity all over again 😵‍💫

When the weather changes drastically over and over every week, pests get confused and active at the same time. Ants, spiders, roaches, termites, mice, bees and more start moving around looking for food, water, shelter, and dry areas.

A few warm days can wake pests up early, then rain pushes them inside, and cooler nights slow them down just enough to make the activity seem “random” — but it’s not. This back-and-forth weather is exactly why we start seeing sudden infestations this time of year.

🐭 Rodents move in and out of homes more often
🪵 Termites begin swarming during warm/rainy stretches
🕷️ Spiders follow other bugs inside

As we head into another busy pest season, we just wanted to put out a friendly reminder 🖤🐭🐜

We truly appreciate when customers request a specific technician, and we always do our best to accommodate those requests whenever possible. However, with schedules constantly changing, emergencies coming in, vacations, routes, and long days during peak season, we cannot always guarantee a specific tech every visit.

The only tech that works every single day is Johnny (John Simone III) 🤪👏🏼

Also, if you contact a technician separately, please understand that does not guarantee service or scheduling. Everything must still go through the office and through me so we can properly schedule, route, and keep track of all appointments 🙏🏼

Service for mice 🐭 and ants 🐜 with every situation, varying along with many different factors being environmental down to what is going on in joining units/houses in a row sometimes can be a little bit of a process and can require some patience with possible 2–3 week follow ups needed sometimes for several months again depending on the situation, more-so with mice..

Ants are very resilient, and sometimes multiple rounds of outside baiting can be necessary to totally knockout large colonies along the foundation..

Ants 🐜 are one of the most common calls we’re getting right now—and we want to set the expectation the right way 👇🏼

Ant treatments do NOT work overnight.

When you see ants, it usually means there’s already a colony established somewhere nearby. The goal of treatment isn’t just to kill the ants you see… it’s to eliminate the source.

🐜 You may actually see MORE activity at first
This is normal! The ants are bringing the bait back to the colony, which is exactly what we want.

🐜 It takes time and patience, we request a two week follow up but will service sooner at cost.

Depending on the size of the colony, it can take days to a couple of weeks to fully get it under control.

🐜 Do NOT use Raid or contact sprays
This can interfere with our treatment and actually make the problem worse by scattering the colony.

🐜 Communication is key
If you’re still seeing activity, let us know! We may recommend a follow-up to stay ahead of it.

This time of year, we recommend bi-weekly or monthly service to keep things under control and prevent reinfestation.
