At One Logan Square in Philadelphia, MJ Settelen Construction partnered with Hellyer Lewis Smith to deliver an 8,303 SF office renovation for a private financial services client.

The space balances openness with privacy, bringing together collaborative work areas, private offices, meeting spaces, and employee support areas.

Thoughtful millwork, lighting, finishes, and integrated workplace technology create a cohesive environment that feels refined, functional, and built around the people who use it.

We’re celebrating Natale Cutrona’s 2-year anniversary with MJ Settelen Construction!

As an Assistant Project Manager with 5 years of construction experience, Natale has contributed to projects including Stateside Brands HQ, WHYY Philadelphia HQ, Duane Morris Philadelphia HQ, Curtain Call Café, and Leo Restaurant & Bar.

One of her favorite parts of construction is seeing a project come to life, from drawings and planning to the finished space.

Her favorite project so far? Stateside Brands Philly HQ (Stateside Vodka), where the camaraderie and teamwork made the experience especially rewarding.

One lesson she’s learned along the way: “Never be afraid to ask a question.” Asking, confirming, and fully understanding before moving forward helps prevent mistakes and builds confidence.

Her coworkers describe her as a go-getter, determined, focused, dependable, and someone you want in your corner. 💪

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Natale at the beach, soaking up the sunshine and ending the day with dinner overlooking the sunset. 🌊☀️

We’re excited to introduce the News section on the MJ Settelen website—a new place to share project highlights, partnerships, company milestones, and the stories behind what we build.

Our first feature, Building Spaces That Inspire: Philadelphia, highlights our partnership with The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts Philly and our work at Leo Restaurant & Bar, Curtain Call Café, and the Miller Theater.

We’re excited to share more of the projects, people, and purpose behind our work.

Celebrating progress with the team at Duane Morris LLP!

Today, we brought our MJ Settelen Construction team, subcontractor partners, and members of the Duane Morris team together for lunch as we kick off Phase 3 at the Duane Morris LLP Philadelphia headquarters.

Phase 3 includes two floors totaling approximately 60,000 SF, with a 16-week start-to-finish schedule. With three floors already completed, we’re excited to keep the momentum going!

MJ Settelen Construction was proud to participate in the 22nd Annual Kidney Open Golf Outing benefiting Gift of Life Howie's House and the incredible work they do to support transplant patients and their families.

Our foursome included Mark Settelen, Joe Thornton, and Luke Dubas of MJ Settelen Construction, along with Brian Smith of Gift of Life.

We’re excited to share the renovated WHYY Philadelphia Headquarters—a workplace thoughtfully designed to support the people behind one of the region’s most influential public media organizations.

Every detail was considered to create an environment that balances focus, collaboration, and flexibility while reflecting WHYY’s mission and culture.
