“Small Repair, Big Difference: Bathtub Caulk Replacement”

A customer recently contacted JMJ Home Services to remove old, worn-out caulk around their bathtub and install fresh new caulk to help protect against water damage and improve the overall appearance of the bathroom.

Over time, caulk can crack, shrink, discolor, or separate from surfaces, allowing moisture to get where it shouldn’t. We carefully removed the existing caulk, cleaned the area, and applied a new, clean bead of caulk for a fresh finish and better protection.

Sometimes it’s the small maintenance projects that make a big difference in keeping a home looking its best.

This Saturday, JMJ Home Services headed out to the beautiful community of Buck Hill Falls for a patio table assembly just in time for a customer’s Memorial Weekend BBQ. The customer had family and friends coming over and wanted everything set up before the big cookout started.

After calling several companies to come assemble the patio set and not having anyone show up, she reached out to JMJ Home Services looking for reliable help. We answered the call and made sure her project got taken care of before the holiday weekend.

We arrived ready to work, carefully unpacked all the pieces, organized the hardware, and got straight to assembling the new patio table set. Piece by piece, the patio space started coming together. Once completed, the setup completely transformed the backyard into the perfect gathering spot for the holiday weekend.

The customer was relieved and excited to finally have everything ready for her guests, knowing her Memorial Weekend BBQ could now happen without the stress of unfinished furniture sitting in boxes. At JMJ Home Services, we know it’s not just about assembling furniture — it’s about showing up, being dependable, and helping families create spaces where memories are made.

Promotion Terms & Conditions – Home Maintenance Visit (Up to 2 Hours)

Offer: Up to 2 hours of general home maintenance services during a single scheduled visit for a flat rate.

Scope: Minor repairs like adjustments, hardware tightening, fixture installation, caulking touch-ups, and other light-duty tasks.

Time Limit: Covers 2 hours of labor. Additional work beyond this will be quoted as a separate flat-rate service with customer approval.

Materials: Customers provide materials unless otherwise agreed; company-supplied materials are billed separately.

Exclusions: Major repairs, renovations, specialty trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), permit-required work, structural or hazardous tasks, roof/crawlspace work, permanent installations, or large-item disposal unless pre-approved.

Scheduling: First-come, first-served; limited spots.

Access & Safety: Customers must provide clear access. Work is done at technician discretion based on safety and practicality.

Cancellations: 24-hour notice required; late cancellations may incur a fee.

Service Area: Valid within regular service area; travel fees may apply outside this area.

Non-Transferable: No cash value; cannot combine with other offers.

Right to Modify: JMJ Home Services may change or discontinue the promotion at any time.
