A milestone worth celebrating in Tennessee. 🍾

TCG officially broke ground on The Five at Valley View in Brentwood, our first project in Tennessee and an exciting next step in our continued growth.

We were joined by our project partners, Onward Real Estate and Archwest Capital, along with friends and colleagues to celebrate the start of construction and the relationships helping us build our presence in a new market.

There’s a lot more ahead for TCG in Tennessee, but it was pretty special to put shovels in the ground on the first one.

We’re just getting warmed up; a milestone, not the finish line.

Each year, TCGives meets with the team at Jefferson Health to hear how the funds we raise are being put to work supporting pancreatic cancer research and helping patients and families through their care.

Yesterday’s annual update gave us another look at the incredible progress happening. Jefferson’s molecular profiling registry continues to grow globally, helping researchers better understand pancreatic cancer and guide more personalized treatment.

We’re also proud that TCGives funding continues to help patients with the real-life needs that come with treatment.

It’s always meaningful to sit down with the people doing this work, see the impact of our partnership, and learn where the research is headed next.
And now, we’re excited to start thinking about what’s next for TCGives in 2027. 💜

Tester Construction Group joined the Coatesville Area School District, project partners, students, and community members to celebrate the official groundbreaking of the new North Brandywine Middle School.

The $54.4 million project includes a 144,000 SF addition and 21,000 SF of renovations to the existing school, creating a learning environment designed to serve Coatesville students for years to come.

“Engage. Collaborate. Grow.” was a sentiment shared during yesterday’s ceremony, along with this message to the community: “This school is built for you.”

We’re proud to be part of the team bringing that vision to life and are excited to get to work.

Partnership in action.

Last week, members of the TCG team spent the morning with our friends at Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia, touring their office and warehouse before heading over to the 17th Street project to see the work underway.

The three-story brownstone in Brewerytown is being transformed into three affordable two-bedroom condominium units, creating homeownership opportunities for three Philadelphia families next spring. TCG is supporting the project by providing Construction Management services.

To celebrate our longstanding partnership, Habitat created co-branded Habitat + TCG hats for our team. We so appreciate the gesture and are proud of the work we are accomplishing together in Philadelphia.

Thank you to the Habitat Philadelphia team for having us and giving our team a firsthand look at the impact of the work we’re doing together.

Project complete. ✔️

Built for South Florida, this stunning waterfront new construction project includes impact-resistant glass designed for the region’s severe weather conditions, a residential elevator, custom cabinetry, extensive stone detailing, a pool, covered outdoor living space, and a new boat dock with motorized lift.

Building along 73 feet of waterfront required careful planning, coordination, and sequencing from start to finish. Our team executed the details while managing the unique conditions that come with building directly on the water.

4th Annual TCG Golf Outing in the books!

Yesterday, we traded the job sites and office for a day on the course and some good old-fashioned team competition.

Congratulations to this year’s winning foursome: John Marinucci, Mike Bramble, Mitch Lachman, Jaylon Caravgio! 🏆

A huge thank you to Philmont Country Club for hosting us for the third year in a row. Their team takes such great care of us every year, and we couldn’t ask for a better place to bring our crew together.

Our team works so hard, we love seeing them step away and unwind together.

*We’re always looking for great people to join the TCG team. Check out our current opportunities linked in our story!

BIG news at TCG: We’ve expanded into Tennessee. 💪🏻

It’s a major milestone in our growth, but it’s not the finish line. Our first two projects are underway, and two longtime members of our PA team have officially made the move south, committed to bringing the TCG way to Tennessee.

As TCG continues to grow, we’ll do it the way we always have: intentionally, with the right people, strong relationships, and an unwavering commitment to the quality and integrity that got us here.

Tennessee, we’re ready to build.

Follow along to watch our next chapter unfold. Can’t wait to see what’s next.
