Manually tilting a commercial tilt brazing pan back to proper position using an everyday 18v drill battery because the tilt circuit failed so further diagnostics can be done, this is another unit that the customer had multiple techs out on, they kept being told they had to call Electrolux out to site.

One of the most important yet neglected things in hvac-r. Dirty condensers will cause higher then normal operating pressures, increase run time, decrease unit efficiency and can even shorten the life of your compressor and electrical components. If you ever hire someone to come maintenance your a/c and he doesn’t take it apart like this - and just tries cleaning it through the casing which a lot of guys do, tell him to leave and call someone else. Off to the indoor coil with my little helper.

Condensing unit replacement for walk in freezer.

Leak search on a rdt system. One condenser controlling 8 indoor coolers, every leak (4 in total) was found and repaired. Every previous company told this customer the leaks couldn’t be found “the line sets runs under the concrete under the building” and tried selling them 8 condensing units to make the indoors self contained.
