The Independence Seaport Museum (ISM) is pleased to announce that at the most recent Board of Port Wardens meeting, held on March 19 2026, members voted unanimously on the appointment of Jamie McDonald to serve as its newest member.
“We are thrilled to have Jamie join us on the board at the Independence Seaport Museum,” says Kenneth Wood, Chairman of the Board of Port Wardens. “She is a staunch advocate and supporter of the museum’s mission and the work being done to position ISM as a must-see destination in the city. Jamie brings years of experience and expertise to this role, and I look forward to working with her.”
As a Co-Founder at and Jamie plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s operational framework, enabling scalable growth while maintaining operational excellence. She leads day-to-day management across Sales, Finance, Human Resources and Marketing, cultivates and manages strategic vendor partnerships, ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and refines internal processes to maximize efficiency and accountability.
