One of the toughest jobs you can get as an HVAC contractor is adding central AC to finished homes that never had it before. Mini splits are a great alternative however this homeowner didnt like the looks of them and also want to go that route. Whoever renovated this house over the years did a great job so we certainly didnt want to disturb the finished areas. After hours of poking around, measuring, brainstorming and numerous conversations with the homeowners we came a conclusion. This Daikin inverter system is capable of feeding 2 separate air handlers. 1 in the attic to serve the upstairs bedrooms/baths and the 2nd in the basement that feeds the entire 1st floor and the finished areas of the basement. This allowed us the keep all ducts in basement and attic. No soffits...no unnecessary holes in the main living areas. Needless to say they were thrilled we didnt butcher their house with ductwork all over. I take pride in jobs like this. But I truly love the tough tasks these type of jobs present. Maybe its because I love providing a quality service. Maybe its because I love HVAC. Maybe its the competitive nature in me....or Maybe its to separate Bobby H-VAC from the rest of the competition out here. Regardless Bobby H-VAC for all your HVAC needs š¤£
