Far to long now I’ve been trying to grow. Bringing people on to “help” get more done and instead of getting more work done I basically became a daycare worker/teacher.
I let guys slide with stuff I never got away with and it bit me in the ass for a couple years now.
An employer doesn’t hire people to become your care taker, banker, therapist, mommy/daddy… you’re supposed to help get more done, not slow the momentum!
Remember they got where they are before you arrived. They don’t need you… they want someone to help them do more, they are looking for someone else to take pride so they can elevate themselves as well! That seems like a fantasy today😂

I don’t know why yall do it, but it’s a great feeling when you’ve been in the work and the late days and your clients appreciate it!

Removed several large overgrown shrubs to create better height variation and gave the remaining plantings a heavy structural trim. It's amazing how much a home's whole appearance can change with the right eye for detail — a little love goes a long way when you know what you're doing!
Such a pleasure working with this wonderful family. Their son called me "sir" more times than I could count — made me feel a little older than usual, but it also gave me real hope for the next generation. Well-mannered, respectful kids are always a reflection of great parents, and it shows.

Driving while videoing or dwv.
I’m still so smooth with it. In my hands this machine is like a deadly weapon ima damn ninja son, like a third appendage, like we been together our entire lives. I’ll drive it up a mountain and down the other side…. Or just move the dang thing!!!!!

All that to get to the radiator 😂 INSANE! I will say it came apart nicely and went back together nicely as well 👏.
Let’s not take about not being able to check the transmission fluid unless you climb under the truck.

Looking for a softwash guys in this area for a client of mine. The back of the house is pretty high and I’m running solo so that’s a big no here lol. I’m not sure of how bad they are but my client stated one is not flowing very much at all. Knowing these “clog free” 😂 it’s pretty one or two inches of roofing granular that needs to be flushed out.
