It was time for a full primary bath refresh, and our clients had a clear vision: a coastal modern feel with soft gray, white, and navy tones to tie into the rest of their home.

Their must-have? A spacious shower with multiple showerheads and body sprays for a true spa-like experience. We reworked the window into an awning style, added a shower ledge and hidden niche, and packed in smart storage to house towel warming buckets, toiletries, charging stations and display areas.

Finished with sleek slab cabinetry, large-format tile, textured wall details, heated floors, and subtle accent lighting, this space blends beauty, comfort, and function perfectly ✨

This guest bathroom had all the makings of a second primary suite, and was ready for a refresh to better reflect the style of the rest of the home. ✨ We reimagined the space by removing the wall between the vanity and toilet area, and replaced the window with a bigger awning one, instantly opening things up and capturing some of the beautiful lake views.

We also expanded the shower with floor-to-ceiling tile and swapped out a traditional closet for matching linen cabinetry to create both beauty and function. The details in this space really make it special: traditional cabinetry detailing, shiplap, toe kick lighting, and heated floors bring warmth and character, while soft aqua accents subtly reflect the water just outside 🌊 This remodel has become a true retreat!

What started as an unfinished lower level is now one of the most inviting spaces in the home! Our clients were ready to expand their living area to better host friends and family, and we worked together to bring that vision to life.

To make the space truly functional, we added a bedroom complete with an egress window, creating a comfortable and safe retreat for overnight guests. A spacious bathroom was also a must, designed with plenty of storage so everything has its place without sacrificing style. We tucked in a seasonal closet to keep things organized year-round, while the rest of the lower level was opened up into a flexible rec space that can adapt to whatever the moment calls for.

One of the most important details was making sure the new space felt like a natural extension of the home. The millwork was carefully matched to the first floor, while new LVP flooring ties everything together with a clean, cohesive look. The bathroom design leans timeless, ensuring it will feel just as fresh years from now as it does today.

Now, with over 1,000 square feet of additional finished space, the homeowners are ready for the final step; furnishing and personalizing these new rooms to make them their own!

Stepping into comfort never looked so good! This bathroom got a smart, stylish upgrade designed to make everyday routines easier, and a whole lot more enjoyable ✨

We replaced a high, narrow acrylic shower with a lower step-over tub and beautifully tiled shower walls, making entry much easier and more accessible. Grab bars were added for extra peace of mind, along with a handshower for everyday convenience. A sleek, single hinged shower door with a narrow panel creates a wider, more flexible entrance.

Finished with textured porcelain tile for a timeless look, plus a comfort-height toilet, updated fixtures, and a fresh coat of paint, this space now feels as good as it looks!

This kitchen was filled with hidden potential, just waiting to be brought to life! ✨ By opening the wall to the back family room, the space completely transformed, making room for a long stretch of serving and seating, ready to host holidays, celebrations and everything in between. We made the doorway to the foyer wider, creating a natural flow that makes large gatherings feel effortless and connected. A long buffet-style serving counter now stands ready for future parties, while a rolling island adds function and flexibility.

The client’s vision from day one was having dark blue cabinetry, which is now tied together beautifully with the backsplash and flooring to create a space that feels both timeless and ready for its next chapter of memories.

The wait is over! 🙌🏼 We first shared a sneak peek of this home back in January when the first floor was down to the studs, and now, it’s unrecognizable.

The transformation is immediate ✨ the former toilet and shower room is now a functional mudroom and full bath, tied together with brick-look tile floor. In the bathroom, pear wallpaper offers a subtle nod to the homeowners’ beloved front yard tree, while a custom quarter-sawn white oak scalloped floating vanity introduces natural texture and soft curves, creating a space that feels both whimsical and feminine.

To bring interest to the narrow layout, we introduced a slat wood ceiling detail and a masculine bar with a striking marble-look porcelain tile slab backsplash, built-in wine storage, and a dark, pitted quartz that adds a perfectly imperfect natural touch.

One of the biggest changes was removing the original fireplace that once divided the living and dining rooms. Opening that wall, and relocating the fireplace, redefined the space, creating better flow and uninterrupted views throughout.

The kitchen, sitting room, and pantry truly shine here. Custom white oak cabinetry anchors a large island, while lighter perimeter cabinets keep things bright and airy. The sitting room adds warmth with grasscloth wallpaper, taller windows, and the repeated slat wood ceiling detail. Just beyond, a soft blue pantry offers a beautiful “peek-a-boo” moment, complete with reeded glass, vertical shiplap, and a small desk area.

We’re giving the space a full remodel, introducing a modern coastal vibe that better reflects the rest of the home’s interior. The old whirlpool tub is gone, making room for a large, luxurious shower designed to feel like an everyday spa retreat. We’re also layering in some personality with a wavy 3D accent tile that adds just the right amount of texture and whimsy.

This week’s feature is a beautiful kitchen and laundry room transformation ✨

The original kitchen blocked views into the family room and made hosting feel cramped. Our clients wanted more countertop space, better flow, and a place to gather.

Now, a large L-shaped island anchors the space with ample seating, deep and smart storage solutions, and extensive prep space. This new layout also opens sightlines and creates a seamless connection to the family room.

A stunning range wall acts as a focal point, and a timeless color palette grounded by a rich new stain on the wood flooring ties everything together.

The laundry room was also refreshed with more storage, and finishes that complement the kitchen, feeling just as thoughtful and elevated as it's adjacent space.

This 2nd floor hall bathroom was original to the home and ready for a fresh start. The goal was a full remodel that would update both the function and the look of the space ✨

To better suit the homeowner’s needs, we removed the existing tub/shower and converted it into a spacious shower-only layout. The design focused on a clean, simple, and timeless feel, using a neutral gray and beige color palette paired with black accents for contrast and a modern touch.

The finished space feels fresh, elevated, and designed to stand the test of time 🌿
