Evergreen Lawn Care in Petoskey is looking for a few good people to join our mow crews. Experience with commercial equipment preferred, but not necessary. Must be dependable, hard working, have knowledge of equipment, move with a sense of urgency have reliable transportation to and from work. That will lead in to leaf clean-ups in the Fall through November, then there is winter work is available too! Pay dependent upon experience.

How to choose and when to apply grub control products for your lawn........
Before doing anything, it is important to make sure the problem is grubs!
Grubs are beetle larvae in the family Scarabaeidae. When feeding on turfgrass, they attack the root system, making it drought susceptible and easily uprooted.

The first signs of grub damage will be thinning, lumpy turf with patches of dead grass. In heavily infested lawns, skunks, raccoons and birds may further damage turf as they search for grubs to eat.
