Our versatile craftsmanship and commitment to quality allow us to bring your unique vision to life. Located in the heart of Little Traverse Bay, Harbor View Custom Builders has a reputation for providing a wide range of custom building services with an unmatched level of expertise and quality. From large, lakefront, custom-built homes filled with exceptional millwork to respectful historic home renovations, and from kitchen remodels to custom-built carriage houses and guest houses, each project is thoughtfully and carefully executed. We believe that a home – or kitchen or addition – should always be a reflection of its owners’ style, not ours; something that is uniquely yours. When you work with Ben Fettig and his team, you’ll be certain that the end result of your custom building or remodeling project will be something that will stand the test of time in both style and structure; a place that each time you pull into your driveway or cross a room’s threshold says, ‘Welcome home.’
