♻️ Community Matters ♻️

Today the kids got a special surprise during recycling pickup!

A big thank you to Lori from Emmet county Transfer station Recycling Center for taking a few minutes out of her busy route to stop and talk with the kids and hand out recycling tattoos. Little moments like that help teach the next generation about recycling, taking care of our environment, and being involved in our community.

It’s easy to forget that behind every recycling truck is a hardworking person helping keep Northern Michigan clean.

Thank you, Lori, and thank you to the entire Emmet County Recycling team for everything you do for our communities every day. ♻️💚
