PUBLIC NOTICE

Red Sulphur PSD will be disconnecting water services in the outer limits of Peterstown on RT12 and Cashmere areas beginning Monday, May 11, at approximately 9:00 a.m. to complete system work and repairs.

This includes Mt View Sub Division, Twin Oaks, Black Oak Ln, Giles St, Water Oak Ln, Randolph St, Jackson St., Lake View Ave, Pete Rose Dr., Minnie Dunn Rd, Woodson Rd, Edgewood St, Wildwood St, Crossview Estates, parts of Pinhook, Meadow Ln, Trevor Neel Ct, and areas between 3111 Ballard Red Sulphur Pkwy and 5748 Ballard Red Sulphur Pkwy

Customers in the affected areas may experience temporary loss of water service and low water pressure during this time.

Once water service has been restored, a Boil Water Advisory will be in effect until further notice. During the advisory, all water used for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, or food preparation should be brought to a full rolling boil for at least one minute before use.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as this necessary work is completed. Updates will be provided when the advisory has been lifted.

Red Sulphur PSD is seeking a dependable SUMMER employee.

Requirements:

* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Valid Drivers License
* Ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Job duties include but are not limited to:

* Shoveling and general labor
* Meter reading
* Assisting with leak repairs
* Assisting with tap installations

This position involves physical work and teamwork in the field.

We received a cash payment in an envelope Monday morning in our drop box that did not have a name on it. If this was you, please contact our office to claim it. You will be asked to verify the type of envelope it was in and the amount.
