👋 Meet the Team: Welcome, Britny!

We’re excited to introduce the newest member of the Amy’s Roofing & Solar team, Britny, our Bookkeeper!

Britny and her husband have called Petaluma home for the past four years, where they stay busy raising sheep, chickens, and quail. She’s also passionate about gardening with California native plants, creating beautiful spaces that support local wildlife.

When she’s not keeping our books in order, you’ll likely find her caring for her animals and garden. And when it’s time to relax? Britny enjoys diving into a good book, playing video games, or getting creative with arts and crafts.

At home, two cats and a dog keep life entertaining (and, according to Britny, pretty much run the house!).

Not all solar quotes are created equal.

Amy’s first tip: For a typical residential system, you generally shouldn’t be paying more than $5 per watt. Most systems fall in the $3–$5 per watt range, so if your quote is significantly higher, it’s worth getting a second opinion.
