Our project so far this week. Removing a tub/shower combo to install a beautiful composite walk-in shower with a chair, hence the blocking on the left. We had to put down some self leveler today as the floor was to out of level to fix with some extra thinner. Stay tuned in to see the finished product!

Tuesday we got this roof finished! Doesn't it look purdy?!?! We had to add extentions onto the exhaust pipes since they were so low to the roof. The boot barely fit on a couple of them!

Last week we were able to finish laying down the sheathing, install the ice and water in all the valleys and eaves, and install the synthetic felt to get the roof ready for yesterday. (Boots were also temporarily installed but is not pictured.) Yesterday we started laying shingles and we will finish today! Stay tuned for the finished product!

Guys are hard at work getting this deck laid down, and a double layer at that! Why 2 layers you may ask? Because Indiana code requires 5/8 in minimum thickness for 24 inch on center spacing and 2 layers of 7/16th OSB is cheaper, thicker, and stronger than a single layer of 23/32 inch plywood.

We started a remodel of a half bath yesterday. This is what it looked like after pulling out the toilet, sink, staple-up ceiling tile, and door along with 2 layers of paneling on the right wall. That mold had to go! So this thing was torn out and down to the studs. The we treated for residue and to stop future growth.
