Hello friends, family, and fellow community members.

I have recently because a LTP with the American Red Cross. I am a Certified First aid/cpr/aed instructor.

I am posting here to see if there would be any interest in regular/routine pay what you can classes?

Alot of people underestimate the true skills that you gain through first aid certifications.
It truly is basic, life saving skills.

Part of the reason I persued becoming a LTP is because a few months ago I had to preform abdominal thrust on my 8 year old son. He was choking on a piece of steak, i had to preform it 4 or 5 times, he would start choking then it would become dislodged enough for him to breath, then choke again, finally once the piece of meat came out, he turned and lookes at me, we both started weeping, after our moment my brain immediately went, i could not imagine not knowing what to do. Without acting the situation would have ended very different.

Throught this experience, i have learned that i want to be able to help and teach people to be able to help each other or at the bare minimun help their own familes.
