DownEast Builders Residential Contractor we hand select carpenters that have a passion to build or rebuild homes.

We started in 2005 as a part time company, when the larger contractors needed a sub-contractor they would call us. 2012 we opened the doors for a full time building company.

I've been telling clients that I wasn't doing any metal roofs in 2005, but here we are.
