I am finishing up a busy week before vacation and feeling very blessed today as I have multiple plan sets coming off the printer.

This raised river home is currently my largest project yet by under roof square footage (not conditioned). This full set was turned around in under 3 weeks!

Happy Women in Construction Week! Construction has traditionally been a male dominated industry and likely always will be. Today, women represent 11.2% of the construction workforce, the highest share in two decades and a 45% increase over the past ten years.

It is not always easy walking into a meeting or job site and being the only woman there, but I am proud to be part of an industry that continues to grow and evolve.

Running Noles Design Company has allowed me to work alongside incredible builders, engineers, and clients while helping turn ideas into homes. I am grateful to be part of an industry that builds communities and creates spaces where families grow.
