Behind every great design is a team that knows when to step away and come back inspired!

We took a little time away from the office to put out some feed and enjoy a nice ride through the woods. Turns out, that little trip paid off! Hannah sat for three nights in a row and got her buck! She can provide permit ready blueprints and deer sausage! 😂🦌

And THAT is exactly why we do it!! ✨

Sometimes a floor plan just doesn’t tell the whole story. Being able to walk through a design virtually and see how the spaces connect makes it so much easier to understand the home as a whole. Our goal isn’t just to draw a house, it’s to help you truly see your home before it’s built. 📐🔨

P.S. Texting me at 5:27 AM is acceptable but don’t expect a response at 5:27 AM 🤪

Custom doesn’t have to mean over the top or expensive!

Even the simplest homes can be designed to fit your lifestyle perfectly. That’s the whole point of custom design! Your home should work for you, not the other way around. Whether you are working with a smaller footprint or a simpler layout, thoughtful design can make all the difference.

Let's design a home that works for you and bring it to life in 3D before you build. 🏡 📐 ✏️

Meet Olivia Brock! Olivia has been helping behind the scenes for about a month now, so we figured it was time to officially introduce her!

Olivia is joining NDC as our assistant and will be helping with the daily things that keep everything moving. You’ll see her joining me in client meetings, delivering plans, measuring homes, running errands around town for NDC, and helping me keep up with social media!

A few things about Olivia:
👩🏻‍🎓 She’s a senior in high school
⚽️ She loves playing soccer and shes great at it
🌮 Mexican food is one of her favorites
💅🏼 Olivia is THE nail girl! I’m hoping I can officially get on her schedule for a biweekly appointment.
📐 She’s still deciding what she wants to do after graduation (I’m working on convincing her that architecture or engineering is the answer 😂)
☕️ She’s currently being taught the importance of coffee in this office. Maybe one day she’ll even learn how to make mine!

I’m so excited to have Olivia here and to have her be a part of NDC as we continue to grow. I’m even more excited to see where this experience takes her and what she decides to do in the future! Welcome to NDC, Olivia! 🤍

Heres a sneak peak of one of our custom homes under construction. 🔨

This river home is taking shape beautifully, and we’re excited to watch this project come together! This home was designed from scratch, with every detail thoughtfully created around the way ours clients live. I can’t wait to share more about this project!!

One of the first things I ask every new client is, "How did you hear about me?" A lot of the time, the answer is that a friend or someone they know recommended Noles Design Company. That's one of the biggest compliments ever!!

As a small business owner, referrals mean everything to me. I've decided to start something new! From now on, if someone you refer moves forward with a project through Noles Design Company, I'd love to send you a $25 gift card to a local business of your choice (your favorite coffee shop, restaurant, bakery, boutique, etc.) as a small thank you. All they have to do is mention your name! It's my way of saying I truly appreciate you thinking of me and trusting me enough to recommend my business.

I have been so blessed to stay busy, and it's all because of you! Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the years. Whether you've shared a post, recommended me to a friend, or hired me yourself, you've helped make this dream of mine possible! 🤍✍🏼🏠
