The homeowner sought to refresh and modernize their home with a clean, updated look. The project focused on revitalizing several key areas that had not been painted in years. Throughout the project, the homeowner’s dog, Teddy, made frequent appearances, adding a fun and lively energy to the work environment. While Teddy may have tried to supervise the process, rest assured no paw prints were left behind in the final product! Teddy might have even thought the paintbrush was a comb—it’s safe to say he left the painting to the professionals! The combination of high-quality materials and meticulous attention to detail resulted in a stunning transformation that exceeded the homeowner’s expectations

🌟Scope of the work:

Kitchen: The ceiling was blackened from years of cooking and had never been painted before, requiring significant prep work to restore it.
Family Room: Needed a fresh coat of paint to brighten the space and enhance its overall appearance.
Hallway: A high-traffic area that required careful attention to detail to repair minor imperfections and create a polished finish.
Bathroom: Updated with a fresh coat of paint to improve its look and feel.
Staircase: The spindles and railings were carefully painted to complete the cohesive and refreshed two-tone color look throughout the home.
Process:

🌟All areas were prepped with plastic, tape where needed and with 1 coat of primer to ensure proper adhesion and coverage to walls and ceilings, especially for the heavily stained kitchen ceiling.
2 coats of Sherwin Williams Emerald paint were applied to achieve a premium, durable finish with vibrant color consistency.
Minor drywall repairs were completed in the hallway and other areas to ensure smooth, flawless surfaces before painting.
