The Goal: Open the existing deck up and provide a better sight line to the lake.

The challenges: Have to stay 50' from the water with the deck, and the homeowners wanted to keep the existing limestone steps as part of the steps down to the deck.

The solution: See Below!

Deck: 24x24
Decking: Trex Company Enhance Naturals Golden Hour with Heat Mitigation
Railing: Keylink American Series Horizontal Cable with Black Cable

There was an existing 10x10 covered deck in place already that we also needed to build around and include into the new space. Having to integrate a previous contractor's build isn't always fun but the guys knocked it out of the park. (Check out the before pictures)

We also resurfaced the dock on the lake with Trex Company's Golden Hour decking and fascia.

This was our first time getting to use Keylink's new black cable, let us know what you think!
