Here’s some photos of a deck re do we just finished up. The original deck was in pretty rough shape so we removed everything and discovered a rotten rim joist and plywood on the exterior of the house. After removing and replacing the rotten wood we added all new footers and new framing to the deck. We went with a number 1 pressure treated 2x6 for the decking and a white vinyl railing system with black aluminum balusters and white fascia boards

Today is the day, lots of snow melting and a slow steady rain is the perfect recipe for a flooded basement. Go check on that sump pump that is neglected in the corners of basements everywhere and make sure she’s running properly!!! Just put the finishing touches on this kitchen renovation. All new cabinetry, leather finished dolomite countertops, plumbing, electric, flooring throughout the whole first floor, baseboard and 2 new entry doors. The original layout had this kitchen feeling very cramped especially with the amount of foot traffic that goes on in the mornings getting off to work and school. The new layout is very bright and open with lots of room for multiple people to operate in. We’re also building a custom butcher block table to match the eating area with the white cabinets and butcher block tops

Here’s some photos of a budget bathroom we just wrapped up. This bathroom was remodeled within the last ten years or so but unfortunately was done poorly and the tile floor was pitched improperly and water pooled away from the drain among a few other surprises we found during the job. We demoed all the tile and installed a new shower valve with a personal wand, re did the drain and installed a quality acrylic tub with 3 piece surround. We floated the drywall redid the crown molding, painted everything and installed a new luxury vinyl floor and new toilet. To stay in budget we did reuse the old vanity since it was still in good shape but added new shut off valves and properly installed a new drain on it as the old one was not installed correctly. This entire job came in thousands less than a couple quotes from those 1 or 2 day bathroom companies who were only going to re do the shower part. If you or someone you know gets a quote from one of those companies please give us a call as we could possibly give you an entire bathroom for less

Here’s before and after pictures of the doubleheader bathroom we just finished up. In this bathroom we got rid of the soaking tub, moved toilet to a better location, and made a larger shower enclosure . The homeowners chose a stone look tile for the shower area with a large niche for storage, hardwood look tile floor, more lighting and a powerful exhaust fan

We just wrapped up a double bathroom renovation on a log cabin just in time for Christmas. The first bathroom got a new white acrylic tub surround, new plumbing and tile floor as well as a new countertop and faucet. The homeowners went with a very bold Dill (green) color that they both love. During the renovation we found a bad installation of the venting and drains that was causing leaking above the tub area, we tore all that out and properly replaced everything
