🏠 Welcome Home!

It's the best to see our homeowners all moved in and enjoying their fresh, new space!!

A large deck will be underway in the near future to take in their awesome, private lake view!

Here's a peak inside one of the largest Dynamic Homes projects we completed this Summer! This stunning two-story build has such an open feel with it's vaulted ceiling & larger windows throughout for natural light.🪟

We had some pretty excited homeowners today!! The Eagle's Nest is one of the most popular cottage-style ramblers. With it's bright, open-air concept and multiple, large windows, this model is the most perfect lake house for any narrow lot, and most importantly, perfect for this family to enjoy!!

We were proud to share this beautiful home in Inspired Home magazine!! So much character and style in this special build!

One of our recent homes was featured in the Spring Edition of Inspired Home Fargo! The fantastic Zaelich home article begins on page 46. The Zaelich's worked with Dynamic and Tyler Drewes of Up North Construction to build their dream vacation home. Check it out:

Yesterday evening, we got to enjoy watching our daughter play softball in our hometown.

With it being such beautiful weather for her games, we had to snap a picture beside the company banner.☀️

It really makes us proud to be able to sponsor local sports and activities!
