Our customer had another company out who put 10lbs of refrigerant in her system and didn’t fix the leak. Biggest kicker is they didn’t ask the homeowner before they did any repairs. Went out Thursday and dropped off a portable for her to use until the guys knocked this Ruud 5 ton 14.3 seer2 vertical split heat pump out today.
