Next up in our Meet the Builder series is aDoor Properties!

aDoor Properties is a Pensacola-based real estate and development company with a focus on creating quality homes and communities throughout Northwest Florida. Their work includes residential development and new construction, which they have showcased through their participation in our Parade of Homes in past years.

aDoor is also actively involved with the HBA. Austin Tenpenny served as our 2025 HBA President and helped coordinate all three of our affordable housing projects alongside the builders and partners who brought the homes to life. Today, aDoor is represented through Austin’s leadership as Governmental Affairs Committee Chair, as well as its participation in community projects like our recent playset build.

We’re excited to have aDoor Properties joining us for Meet the Builder on October 6. Stop by their table to learn more about their work, connect with their team, and see how your company might be able to work with them.

Meet the Builder will be held October 6 from 4–6 PM at the UWF Museum of Commerce. The event is free for HBA members, but registration is required. Light bites and drinks will be provided.
