​In this video, we’re driving heavy-duty Schedule 40 posts a full 4 feet deep into the ground, leaving 4 feet above. No messy concrete, no torn-up yards—just pure structural strength.
​Pay close attention to that symmetrical post spacing 📐. Taking the extra time to map this out perfectly ensures the final vinyl install looks clean, balanced, and sharp from every single angle.

We built a Beautiful 13’ custom vinyl double gate with “dead man” removable latch post!!
This fence also features 2 -4’ single access gates.

The color is coastal cedar, and every vinyl post has a commercial grade galvanized steel center! That goes down 4’ deep into the ground and gives 4’ worth of solid strength above the ground!

There is no stronger vinyl fence on the market then our “no-dig no mess” system.

Have you ever seen a pre-stained fence?

Let’s check out the process!

First. We allow the lumber to dry out and reach proper moisture content levels, in a ventilated / covered area under constant air circulation prior to stain.

Second. We DUNK! With our home built dunk tank, we completely submerge and cover every board. Covering every inch of it in high quality stain, from our friends over at Expert Professional Wood Care.

Third. We allow to drip dry back into the tank then get ready for installation!

Mounted on lifetime warrantied 10’ Postmaster post driven 4.5’ Deep into the ground!
All metal gate frames, with fully adjustable hinges, mounted on powder coated black gate post.

By fully covering the boards in stain, guarantees full 360 saturation, and even coloring!
With absolutely no risk of overspray on your home, windows or vehicles!
