Chris Jaubert and Josh Sitton met in the ninth grade at Pensacola Catholic High School in Pensacola. Jaubert serves as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Building communities through quality commercial construction, delivering exceptional craftsmanship, integrity, and reliable service across the Gulf Coast since 2014. Their quick friendship developed over pre-season football practices and through the many classes they shared. In 2014, they started Bear General Contractors in Lafayette, La., where Chris Jaubert settled after graduating from Louisiana State University with a degree in construction management. Josh Sitton, serves as partner, and managing member. Bear General Contractors is proud to celebrate the completion of Zam’s on Brent Lane in Pensacola!

This restaurant build-out brought together detailed interior finishes, custom millwork, flooring and tile, storefront elements, food-service equipment, furnishings, building systems, signage coordination, and exterior improvements.

Given a defined project timeframe, our team rose to the challenge - meeting the schedule while exceeding expectations for quality and ex*****on. From the front of the house to the back-of-house kitchen, we worked closely with our project partners and trade professionals to deliver a polished, functional space for the Pensacola community.

Construction is officially complete on the Bonifay Rural Health Clinic at Doctors Memorial Hospital! Our team proudly delivered this project while upholding Bear General Contractors’ commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.

We’re proud of the collaboration and craftsmanship that made this project possible, and we’re excited to celebrate the finished result.

🇺🇸 Today, Episcopal Day School held a wonderful student performance honoring America’s 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution.

Bear General Contractors has been fortunate to partner with EDS for many years, and we are proud to support opportunities that celebrate education, history, and community.

In 2018, Bear General Contractors was honored to install the statue of Bernardo de Gálvez in downtown Pensacola, created by talented sculptors Bob Rasmussen and Kathryn R. Vincze.
