When we were tasked with transforming this former fuel station, our goal wasn’t to erase its history—it was to honor it. From navigating complex adaptive reuse details to working hand-in-hand with the build team, projects like this rely entirely on deep collaboration. But the real magic happens when the doors open, the espresso starts flowing, and our neighbors gather together under one roof.
