Looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and ready to earn based on performance.

This is a commission-based (1099) position with strong earning potential for the right person.

💰 Compensation:

Performance-based pay (commission)
Bonuses for hitting monthly targets
Additional incentives for self-generated work
High earning potential for consistent closers

📋 What you’ll do:

Follow up with incoming leads
Meet with clients
Present estimates
Close deals
Stay organized and track activity
