Loftis Marine Loftis Marine has been in business for 23 years. We are a state certified Licensed Marine Contractor.

Loftis Marine Division, Inc is a professional marine contractor focusing on both commercial and residential marine and shoreline projects. While the majority of our projects are docks, boathouses, seawalls, retaining walls, and boat-lifts for our waterfront cusotmers, we also provide many amenities like decks boardwalks and dune walkovers. Our main goal is satisfying our customers before, during, and after the sale. Our team of artisans, designers, and builders all work together to continually focus on structural quality, integrity, aesthetics, and service. For your project, we use premium synthetic materials, accessories, and products that will enhance and protect your waterfront and shoreline property. We are properly licenses and insured with Jones Act and US Long-shore & Harbor Workers Compensation Act Insurance. We are licensed in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, and Baldwin counties. We are also members of the Florida Marine Contractor's Association (FMCA). We challenge you to find a marine contractor more dedicated than Loftis Marine. I hope that you choose Loftis Marine to create and complete your project, and I look forward to speaking with you today.

FYI in relation to Hurricane Isaias.

To All Marine Construction Clientele (And all other shoreline owners), you should go and video tape your marine dock and seawall structures to show what you had in place before the hurricane hit. This will become important for the emergency permitting process. Also, please make sure all power is off to your docks. Turn breakers off to the docks at the house panel.

Boat Launch at Wayside Park 17th Graffiti Bridge location is temporarily open courtesy of Loftis Marine, LLC. We understand how congested it can get at the local boat ramps when a storm is breathing down our necks. Hopefully this will provide some relief to the community. Please listen to the video for instructions and feel free to share or forward as needed to any boat owners that might need to know. Thanks.

A little taste of our residential dock building side. 💯💯💯

In this pic, we are going to try something a little different. Being into photography as a result of always being in the marine environment, I am continuously trying new things. Let's see who can guess what in this picture is my favorite part???

HINT: It isn't anything obvious.

I will post a special mention to anyone who guesses it correctly with the 1st person to mention the correct answer receiving a $100.00 gift card to a popular restaurant in downtown Pensacola.

Good luck & let's see what you come up with!!!

**The Comments section has opinions. 😂**

We’ve received a LOT of comments about 3 of our park projects. Graffiti Bridge, Sanders Beach and Woodland Park.

Some are great questions. Some are legitimate concerns. And some… probably need to be sent back for review. 😂

So welcome to **LOFTIS UNHINGED**

We figured we’d have a little fun and respond to a few of our favorites.

All jokes aside, we’re proud to be working on these projects and looking forward to seeing everything come together.

Keep the comments coming.

At this rate, **Part 2 is already under construction.** 😂
