🌪️ POST-HURRICANE AC TIP FROM HAYES AIR EXPERTS! 🦍❄️

With so many homes being without power for several days, here's something homeowners need to keep in mind!

⚡️ Homes with generators especially whole
House systems! Your generator has a load shed timer that will prevent your ac from immediately coming back on outside. Please allow 15-20 minutes for return of normal operation.

🚫 When your power gets restored. Turn your ac off if you noticed the lights still flickering. You may receive inconsistent or even high voltage power signals when they are in the process of restoring power.

💧 YOUR AC DRAIN LINES!

When your AC isn't running, there's no condensation flowing through your drain lines. This allows the lines to dry out, and any existing slime, algae, or buildup can dry and harden, potentially causing clogs when your system starts running again.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: When your power is restored and you have an AC company come out to service your system, MAKE SURE THEY CHECK AND CLEAR YOUR DRAIN LINES!

❤️ Stay safe, be patient, and look out for your neighbors! We're all working together to get our community back up and running!

Great local family and business ❤️

As we speak are still clearing roads / driveways in our community.

If you aren’t following Sandbox Boyz already definitely give them a follow. Wonderful people and team 💪🏼

If our legacy is only ever about how we show up for our community, we will consider that rich.

🌀We have cleared what we are guessing to be over 100 trees in the last 16hrs from major roadways, neighborhood streets, driveways, and homes. Zack has been a trooper and running on fumes to get it done.

⛽️ We need access to diesel. As long as we get access to fuel, we will begin taking appointments on Monday morning. Please text in to 850.939.3978 to get on our list for clean-up, our phone lines are currently down but we can see text messages in our app.

What a community to show up for 🙏

“How do you get such good guys?”

We find good people, then teach them how to be good tradesmen. But acts like this are something we can’t take credit for.

Here’s Drew helping his neighbor prepare for a hurricane. His upbringing and character were shaped long before he ever put on a Hayes Air Experts shirt.

You can teach someone a trade, but the willingness to step up and help others comes from the heart.

We’re proud to have Drew on our team—and we know his neighbor is glad to have him next door. 💙
