Check out this commercial 2 rail fence/railing we recently installed! Commercial grade panels and post. Larger 2.5” post with WELDED post flanges! Not those fragile 2 piece flanges. AND every post has 4 6” stainless steel lag bolts going 5” into the sea wall. 💪🏼
Projects like these are not just another privacy fence you give to the lowest bidder. Although that deck and wall may look straight it’s far from it. And thats with every wall. Tons of shims and leveling involved as well as added prep work and thought go in behind these projects. Planning to make sure our lags didn’t line up with the sea walls fasteners, offsetting sections, and factoring gate placement in relation with the other factors make for a simple looking yet difficult job. 🧠💡
Our crew definitely enjoyed the view on this one! We’ll be returning in a few weeks to install the full perimeter fence once final grade and landscape is done! ✅ 🏝️
