🏡🔥 "Watch out Boogie, we're taking the roof off!"

🎵 The roof, the roof, the roof is on fire... okay, the roof was on fire. 😅

Today we're beginning demolition of this home so we can build a beautiful new custom home for an amazing family.

This home was lost in a fire that was caused by electrical work performed by a previous homeowner. Thankfully, nobody was hurt, and we're especially grateful that some brave individuals were able to rescue the family dogs from inside the home during the fire. ❤️🐕🙏

While losing a home is heartbreaking, it has been incredible to watch this family remain positive and move forward with hope and determination.

Interestingly, this is the SECOND home we've built this year for a family that moved here from Connecticut and experienced a house fire. So the lesson learned is: If you move from Connecticut to Colorado, your house is going to burn down within a year...

In all seriousness, we're honored and thankful to help this deserving family start a new chapter and create a safe, beautiful place where new memories can be made for generations to come.
