The case against the wine school has been successfully appealed. Which means it will get rehears with the correct & true information. Information that the judges clerks either misinterpreted or made up facts as they went along. There were over 15 "mistakes of facts". Concidering both of the judges clerks and the judge had or have strong ties to the law firm that is representing defendant. The judge had been a partner at the same firm. I think it's called a of conflict interest, and by law the judge should have recused himself. Because of those connections and two other relationships with two of the plaintiffs victims. One being a financial. Soooooo the case has been appealed.

The case has been stayed by local federal court so it is being moved to a 3 judge appeals court now without discovery. So all of the evidence will be be heard.This is a win for the real Phillywine. The truth will come out and all the people affected by Keith will get justice. There are just too many ( other than phillywine) people that he has targeted and hurt over the past 15 years.
So the fix wasnt in as he said in a podcast called
Lawyers, guns and the wine school.
Not over until the fat lady signs.

I hope to see all or most of you on the 3rd for older wines and the Sherrif of Bucks County. Bring a guest there will be plenty of wine. Get to meet and ask questions of your elected officials.
